Applies a unique form of pneumatic compression to the foot, ankle and calf to increase arterial blood flow to the lower limbs. ArtAssist® is helping many patients who suffer from poor circulation and who are not good surgical candidates. The ArtAssist® device applies compression to the foot, ankle and calf using comfortable cuffs to increase arterial blood flow. This compression regimen simulates the beneficial effects of brisk walking, without pain or tissue trauma.

CONTRAINDICATIONS
- Infected limbs
- Limbs with suspected deep vein thrombosis or arterial clots
- During episodes of inflammatory phlebitis or pulmonary embolism
- When increased venous and lymphatic return is undesirable (such as congestive heart failure)
- Unilateral or Bilateral System
- Maximum Operating Temperature: 85 F degrees
- Power cord at least 6 feet long, hospital grade plug, universal female
