DeRoyal Algidex® Ag Non-Adherent Dressing is a unique combination of silver, Alginate and maltodextrin designed to create the optimal moist wound environment important to healing. This product is flexible, can be cut, non-adherent, conformable and absorbent. Provides immediate and sustained antimicrobial activity against a broad spectrum of wound pathogens. Does NOT require activation and is non-staining.

DeRoyal Algidex Ag® packing gauze is an effective bacterial barrier to help prevent contamination from external bacteria. It's ideal for dressing deep or tunneling wounds and provides immediate and sustained antimicrobial activity against a broad spectrum of pathogens. Reduces bacterial colonization, absorbs wound exudate and decreases wound odor. It is a specially woven gauze that will not ravel, lint or fray. Comes package in a reclosable bottle in 5 yard strips and can be cut to desired length.

DeRoyal Dermanet® is a non-adherent wound contact layer dressing ideal for lining deep wounds. Shields fragile granulation tissue from disturbance caused by secondary dressings. Reduces trauma during wound dressing removal and may be used dry or coated with a topical ointment. Available in sheets or rolls.

DeRoyal DeWrap is a three layer compression system that delivers sustained, graduated compression for lower extremities. Reduces venous hypertension and aids in healing venous ulcerations. Provides recommended level of compression 30-40mmHg or 20-30mmHg depending on wrapping technique. Has three latex safe layers, one being the absorptive layer, elastic layer and cohesive layer. Can be used with other primary or secondary dressings.

DeRoyal Multidex® Gel is a hydrophilic Maltodextrin NF wound dressing that is clinically proven to promote the growth of granulation tissue and epithelial proliferation. It quickly fills the wound site, rapidly mixing with exudate to form a protective coating that maintains an ideal moisture balance to protect again dehydration. Use is for all wound types including infected hard-to-heal wounds. Non-toxic and not systemically absorbed. Specifically formulated to provide topical nutrients to wound sites, creating a natural healing environment. Controls odor while decreasing purulent exudate. Penetrates all wound irregularities to fill tunneling and undermining. Softens necrotic tissue to facilitate debridement. Available as a powder for moist and wet wounds.

DeRoyal Multipad™ is a multi-layered, highly absorbent wound dressing. Gentle, on-woven rayon pad between two non-adhering polypropylene contact layers. This will not stick to the wound site, damage fragile granulation tissue or traumatize wound upon removal. Non-linting and absorbs significantly more drainage than similar dressings resulting in fewer dressing changes.  Can be used in place of gauze and tape when more absorbency is needed.  Can be cut for those odd shaped wounds and used as either a primary or secondary dressing.

DeRoyal Polyderm™ is a hydrophilic foam wound dressing effective in management of moderate to heavily exudating wounds. Made of non-adherent, highly absorbent, lint-free polyurethane foam, thick, soft construction that is extremely comfortable and comfortable. Ideal for painful wounds requiring protection and cushioning. Protects granulating tissue for effective healing. This is available in five styles, radial slit for tube sites, Polyderm with non-bordered foam, Polyderm Border with stretchable fabric tape border for sensitive skin, (also available with a 2" radial slit as a secure tube site dressing), Polyderm Plus with border and breathable barrier film for extra moisture vapor transmission and protection from external contaminants, Polyderm Barrier with a transparent film adhesive border. Can be used as a primary or secondary dressing.

DeRoyal Procol® is a round-edged, self-adhesive, sterile hydrocolloid wound dressing with a semi-occlusive breathable polyurethane film. The hydrocolloid interacts with wound exudate to form a soft gel that creates a moist environment conducive to wound healing. Matrix formulation promotes vertical wicking and reduces residue in wound as it protects newly formed tissue from maceration. It comes with tapered edges that prevents dressing from rolling and easily conforms to hard-to-dress areas and irregular wound sites.

DeRoyal Procol® Hydrocolloid X-Thin Wound Dressing is a sterile, self-adhesive hydrocolloid wound dressing. The dressing is covered with a breathable polyurethane film and has tapered edges, which helps to prevent the dressing from rolling off prematurely. It interacts with wound exudate, thereby forming a soft gel. The matrix formulation of Procol® helps to reduce residue left in the wound and also helps to protect newly formed tissue upon removal.

DeRoyal Sofsorb® is a highly absorbent, multi-layered one-piece dressing which is Ideal for protecting wound sites from further trauma. The five-layer construction consists of 1-Non-adherent wound contact layer, 2–Stay-Dry Liner that permits passage of wound drainage to keep periwound skin dry and prevent maceration at wound site, 3-Center layer that absorbs wound drainage, 4-Cellulose layer that wicks drainage horizontally along pad to increase dressing absorption capacity and lastly, 5-Air-permeable backing for strength and durability. Rounded edges and tapered limb configurations conform to curved and hard-to-dress areas without unnecessary bulk. May be soaked with saline or topical agents prior to use. Soft pliability allows for range of motion exercises during recovery and can be used as a primary or secondary dressing.

DeRoyal Stretch Net is a tubular elastic retention bandage that holds dressings in place without tape. Allows easy wound inspection and quick application for wounds with frequent dressing changes. Provides maximum aeration to wounds.

DeRoyal Procol® Unna Boot is constructed of non-raveling gauze impregnated with non-hardening zinc oxide paste. It is intended for use treating venous insufficiency, lower extremity edema, venous leg ulcers, lymphedema, minor fractures, sprains, strains and skin grafts.
