  • Medline, Abdominal Pad, (ABD)

The Medline Abdominal (ABD) Sterile Pads offer the Ultimate in Fluid Absorption These super absorbent abdominal pads feature a soft non-woven outer layer that quickly wicks fluid to a cellulose center. This thick layer of cellulose quickly absorbs and disperses fluids laterally to prevent pooling. Hydrophobic back impedes strike through and all edges are sealed to prevent lifting. Latex Free.

  • Medline, Avant

The Avant gauze is Medline's standard non-woven dressing. Compared to traditional cotton gauze, Avant gauze helps to reduce the amount of lint that is produced and is less traumatic to fragile granulating wound tissue because it's virtually non-adherent.

  • Medline, Bulkee II

The Medline Bulkee II is Ideal for both primary and secondary wound care dressings. The open weave design provides fast wicking, absorbency and aeration. Bulkee II has a more tightly finished edge for reduced lifting; and more crimps per linear foot for increased cushioning and patient comfort.

  • Medline, Caring, Abdominal Pad (ABD)

  • Medline, Curad, Packing Strip, Iodoform

Medline SilvaSorb® harnesses the power of ionic silver, releasing silver at a controlled level for broad spectrum antimicrobial action, without harming tissue cells. The ionic silver is suspended in the SilvaSorb® dressing to control its release over a period of up to seven days. It offers antimicrobial protection over a broad spectrum of bacteria and fungi, including MRSA and VRE. SilvaSorb® kills microbes, but is completely biocompatible with the tissue cells of healing.

  • Medline, Exuderm Odershield

Medline has developed Exuderm, a range of sterile hydrocolloid wound dressings designed for all stages of wounds. Each product creates a moist environment to encourage wounds to heal. It conforms to difficult body contours to protect superficial, minimally exudating wounds. Smooth outer surface helps protect skin from shear and friction.

  • Medline, Exuderm RCD

Exuderm RCD Hydrocolloid dressings feature Regulated Colloidal Dispersion (RCD). This means exudate is absorbed with less meltdown. This results in less frequent dressing changes and easier wound irrigation. Exuderm RCD creates a moist wound healing environment. Latex free.

  • Medline, Exuderm Thin

Medline has developed Exuderm Thin, a range of sterile hydrocolloid wound dressings designed for all stages of wounds. Each product creates a moist environment to encourage wounds to heal. • Medline, Impregnated Oil Gauze

Medline’s Oil Impregnated Gauze protects the fragile tissue in wounds by its unique structure, preventing tissue adherence to either the gauze or the secondary dressing on top of it. The mesh allows for exudate to easily pass through to the secondary dressing used, preventing maceration of the wound surface. Porous cellulose acetate fabric can be cut to wound size without unravelling or shredding. It also removes cleanly from the wound, minimizing trauma and pain.

  • Medline, Maxorb, Extra

The Medline Maxorb® Extra's combination of non-woven alginate and carboxymethylcellulose (CMC) fiber is more absorbent than other alginate dressings. Wound exudate mixes with Maxorb Extra to form a gel that will not wick out, reducing the potential for damage to peri-wound skin. The presence of CMC improves the gelling and fluid handling ability as well as adds improved wet strength. Simple, one-piece removal eases dressing changes.

  • Medline, Maxorb, Extra Ag

The Medline Maxorb® Extra Ag+ absorbs more than other alginate or absorbent silver dressings. It releases silver ions, in the presence of wound fluid, for up to 21 days. Wound exudate mixes with dressing to form a gel that will not wick out, reducing the potential for damage to periwound skin. The CMC fiber improves the vertical wicking and fluid handling as well as the wet strength. By providing an antibacterial barrier to combat bacteria absorbed in the wound exudate, odor is reduced.

  • Medline, Optifoam

Medline Optifoam Gentle Silicone Border Dressings Silicone border provides gentle adhesion.  Highly conformable1 border can be lifted and reapplied.  Moisture vapor transmission rate (MVTR) adjusts to fluid level.  Helps create ideal healing environment.  Waterproof outer layer protects wound and helps keep bacteria out.  Low friction and shear outer layer.  Indications: partial and full-thickness wounds with drainage.  Contraindications: third-degree burns and lesions with active vasculitis.

  • Medline, Puracol

The Medline Puracol Collagen Dressings. Primary wound dressing for all drainage types.  Highly absorbent material converts to soft, gel sheet that stays in contact with wound bed as it absorbs exudate. Sterile, latex-free.
