The Lympha Press Optimal™ is the newest concept in pneumatic compression systems by Lympha Press®, offer the freedom of lymphedema treatment at home, with a therapist's touch. Designed in consultation with manual lymph drainage therapists, the Lympha Press Optimal™ offers a choice of five treatment cycles, including a special Pre-Therapy program designed according to the principles of manual lymph drainage.
Lympha Press Optimal™ offers full programming capabilities including 12-zone gradient, peristaltic and pretherapy. These cycles can be mixed as required. Treatment time, pause time, pressure and speed are all individually adjustable to meet any clinical situation. All these controls are at the touch of a fingertip, via the device keypad or using a personal computer.
Treatment Modes:
• Pretherapy™: Based on the principles of manual lymph drainage. This mode clears the proximal lymphatics prior to the main treatment cycle.
• Sequential: Lympha Press® quality 12-zone calibrated pneumatic compression therapy, clinically proven effective.
• Peristaltic: Wave-type calibrated gradient massage, for patients with focal discomfort.

• Primary/congenital lymphedema (Milroy's disease, Praecox, Lymphedema Tarde).

Contraindications:
• Inflammatory phlebitis process.
• Pulmonary embolism.

• Use caution on an extremity, which is not sensitive to pain.
